Is Rhinoplasty right for me?

If you are not happy with the shape of your nose, Rhinoplasty could be your answer. For example, it could make your nose proportional to the rest of your face, remove a bump, reshape the tip, or correct crookedness. This should help improve your self-esteem and confidence. There are other cases where patients have breathing difficulties due to deviated septum or blocked nasal passage. These can be caused by an accident or trauma you have suffered.  Rhinoplasty could be the right step for you.

How is Rhinoplasty performed?
Rhinoplasty is performed either using a closed procedure where the incisions are hidden inside the nose or an open procedure where an incision is made across the columella, the narrow strip of the nose that separates the nostrils. Rhinoplasty can reduce or augment nasal structures.  If the septum is deviated, it is now straightened and the projections inside the nose are reduced to improve breathing. Once, the nose is structured to the desired shape all incisions are closed. A cast will be place for approximately one week.  Once the healing process is done, you will have the beautiful look you have always desire.
